Scope of Services

Aite You (Kezhou) Trading Co., Ltd. provides on-the-ground factory matching, physical audits, quality inspections, and compliance guidance. All engagements are initiated through a formal, customized procurement agreement tailored to your specifications.

Governing Law

These terms of service and all individual sourcing contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Inspection Limitations

Service Agreement

Our physical factory audits and pre-shipment inspections represent conditions observed strictly at the time of evaluation. We verify machinery, licenses, and batches based on client-provided technical drawings and standards.

Contracts and Liability

Specific payment terms, trade terms (Incoterms), and liability limitations are defined exclusively within individual sourcing contracts. Aite You acts as an independent agent to mitigate supply chain risk.

Technical Specifications

Clients are responsible for delivering complete technical specifications, target prices, and compliance requirements. All technical drawings and proprietary product data are protected under our strict confidentiality protocols.
